How does the Visiby action plan work?

Short answer: Visiby’s action plan is generated from your run data. Action items are created by Visiby’s analysis of where your brand is missing from, or losing ground in, AI answers; you do not create them by hand. They are grouped into four categories: Content & expertise, Technical, Digital PR & community, and Profiles & reviews.

How many action items you get depends on your plan: 10 a month on Starter, 30 on Pro and 50 on Agency, spread across that month’s runs. Lite does not include action items. Each item comes with a deliverable you can use straight away, such as an article draft, copyable JSON-LD schema, code changes for a technical fix, or an outreach brief. Visiby does not publish anything to your website: you copy the deliverable or export it as HTML.

Every item is tied to evidence from the AI answers it was generated from, so you can see why it was suggested. The monthly allowance is spread across that month’s runs, so new items appear as runs complete. Members with edit access can update tasks as the work moves along; other members have read-only access to the plan.

Technical: fixes such as structured data (JSON-LD schema) and other site changes.
Digital PR & community: outreach and pitches to the sites AI engines already cite.

Using a deliverable

Article drafts can be copied to the clipboard or exported as HTML to paste into your CMS. Publishing straight to your site is not available yet, so nothing is published from Visiby. Schema items give you JSON-LD to copy, and technical items show the code change to make. Members with edit access can update tasks; other members have read-only access.

Can I create my own action items in Visiby?

No. Action items come only from Visiby’s analysis of your run data, so every item is tied to evidence from the AI answers it was generated from.

Does Visiby publish content to my website?

No. Visiby gives you the deliverable (an article you can copy or export as HTML, JSON-LD schema to copy, or a code change) and you publish it yourself. Direct publishing to your CMS is not available yet.

How many action items do I get each month?

Starter includes 10 action items a month, Pro 30 and Agency 50, spread across that month’s runs. The Lite plan does not include action items.

Who can update action items?

Members with edit access to the workspace. Other members have read-only access: they can see the action plan but cannot change it.
