The onboarding steps
- Domain: your website, brand name, country or market, language, industry, and the email address for reports.
- Brand context: a description, your target audience, your products or services, your top competitors and your positioning.
- Keywords: at least three priority keywords or topics. You can also upload a CSV of prompts (a sample file is provided); an upload that would go over your plan’s prompt limit is rejected.
- Company documents (optional): PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, CSV or XLSX files up to 20 MB each.
- Google connections (optional): your Search Console property and GA4 property.
- Review, then your first run starts.
Prompt limits by plan
Lite tracks up to 25 prompts, Starter 50, Pro 150 and Agency 500. See pricing for everything each plan includes.
Inviting teammates
Workspace members are owners, editors or viewers. Invited teammates join as viewers, invites expire after 7 days, and each invite counts towards your plan’s seat limit. Viewers have read-only access to the workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sign up for Visiby with Google?
Yes. You can sign up with Google, or with an email address and password confirmed by a one-time code. Disposable email addresses are not accepted.
Do I have to write my own prompts?
No. You give Visiby at least three priority keywords or topics, and it generates a prompt set up to your plan’s limit. You can also upload your own prompts as a CSV during setup.
Is connecting Google Search Console required during setup?
No. The Google connection step is optional, and you can connect Search Console and GA4 later from the Search Performance page.
What happens after I finish onboarding?
Your first run starts automatically. Later runs follow your plan’s schedule: weekly on Lite and Starter, daily on Pro and Agency.
