How often does Visiby update its data?

Short answer: Visiby re-runs your tracked prompts on a schedule set by your plan: weekly on Lite and Starter, daily on Pro and Agency. Each scheduled run collects fresh answers from your enabled AI engines and becomes a new run in your dashboard, which you can select from the Run menu. Earlier runs stay available, so you can compare any run with the one before it.

The other data sources refresh on their own timelines. Google Search Console data typically lags by two to three days, and the Search Performance view shows a “Data through” date so you know how recent it is. Cloudflare AI bot traffic syncs once a day for the previous day. Runs continue while your subscription is active.
